Il n'y en a pas (source végétale fiable) à ce jour, je t'invite à commencer par le travail d'un diététicien végane qui a fait un gros travail sur l'examen de la vitamine B12, il y a une quarantaine d'articles (en bas de page): http://veganhealth.org/articles/vitaminb12lili19":3stml77a a dit:Il doit bien y avoir UNE source fiable végétale.. je me lance en science pour la découvrir!
De faibles quantités de B12 s’avèrent donc suffisantes pour des végétaliens en santé car la vitamine est très bien entreposée par notre organisme. Nos réserves de B12 suffisent à nos besoins pendant trois ans ou plus.

Juste pour la formule:
"De faibles quantités", ça veut pas dire: "moins que ce qui est recommandé".
Et "nos réserves suffisent pendant trois ans ou plus": ce n'est pas le cas pour tout le monde. Pour certaines personnes les réserves sont très faibles et quelques semaines sera leur limite (dixit le site plus haut). De plus, cette réserve est constituée sur plusieurs années par une surconsommation quotidienne de B12, donc si cette remarque sous-entends: je ne me supplémente par jusqu'à attendre un mauvais bilan sanguin...
